Project Brief

To design, supply, install and commission 7 new pump and filter skid units to integrate into an existing resin coatings system.

Scope of Works

Front End Engineering Design (FEED) Study, including:
- Detailed site survey
- P&ID’s
- 3D plant layout and equipment design
- Equipment specifications and schedules
- Cost and programme proposal
Mechanical fabrication of 7 new pump and filter skid units
Design, build, programme and commission 3 control panels to facilitate pump recirculation of the skid units, including PLC and HMI’s to automate existing coatings system
Disconnect and remove redundant process equipment
Design, fabricate and install process infrastructure – including pipework, civils and electrics
Undertake HAZOP study
Subcontractor supervision
Project spend and programme control

Reduce time and cost of onsite contractors
Minimise disruption to a continuously operating manufacturing site – which meant that the skid units were manufactured, assembled and tested offsite
